Sale of Business in the Republic of Poland
On 16 May 2023, City Service SE _further - the Company_ sold 100% stake in UAB Baltijos bsto priežira, which was a 100% shareholder of companies based in Republic of Poland which were operating in the field of utilities and apartment building administration. The transaction was concluded in pursuance of the Company's decision to develop and strenghten business in other countries.
